TR Drivers Club/Club Triumph 2022 National Event. – Sunday 10th July, FREE ENTRY!

The TR Drivers Club and Club Triumph are happy to announce the details of the forthcoming National Event, which will be held alongside the BL / BMC Day at The British Motor Museum, Gaydon, on Sunday 10th July from 10am to 4pm.

To encourage you all to dust off the cars and give them a run, we are offering free entry to the show and the Museum for yourself and a guest, to all TR Drivers members with a valid pass from the Club and a current membership card… The Club will cover the cost of your entry. Free entry for children age 16 and under.

Members, please apply by midday on Wednesday 6th July for a pass by emailing TRDCNational@btinternet.com, please confirming your name, your valid membership number and your guest and a pass will be emailed back to you.

For those attending the whole weekend, the National is being held at the British Motor Museum from 8th to 10th July.

The Programme of events are :-

Friday 8th July.
Campers start arriving from 4pm , setting up, meeting with old and making new friends.

Saturday 9th July.
Morning: Breakfast at The Pit Stop as more campers and TRs arrive.
2.00 pm: Saturday afternoon Road Run.
4.30 pm: Return to Gaydon.
7.00 pm: Evening events start in "The Harris Arms" with a quiz.
8.00 pm: Live music from the Sin City.

Sunday, 10th July
The TRDC & Club Triumph National and BMC & Leyland Show 10am to 4pm.
3.30 pm: Judging will be completed and prizes presented.

For those who are camping, there are toilet and shower blocks available on site near the camping area. Each separate room has it own toilet, shower and sink. There will be lager, cider and ale available in the evening as well. Tea and coffee will be available for a small donation in the charity box (or free with the purchase of a TR Mug)

For those who require food we will be providing limited food outside of museum café hours but cannot do food during it’s opening times.

The museum will be open at 9.30 on the Saturday and 9.00 on the Sunday for breakfast and it shuts around 5pm.

On Sunday the cafe opens at 9.00. Bacon rolls and sausage baps are served 10 - 11am.

If you want to camp you need to let us know by emailing TRDCNational@btinternet.com, the cost of camping is £30 for the weekend, please confirm by Wednesday 6th July so that we can plan accordingly.
